Shortly after Michael Jackson died in June 2009 several people sent emails to me asking the same question?  "What does Michael want done with Neverland Ranch?"

Over the past several days I have seen various opinions of what fans think he might have wanted.  These range from "he wanted nothing more to do with the property so sell it and move on" to "he said he would never sell Neverland Ranch." Recently Steve Irwin's underwater cameraman did an interview regarding the events of his death.  Meanwhile I seem to be haunted in a good way by a radio interview that I did back in 2008 regarding an after death communication with Steve Irwin.
