It's so painful to hear the spin still happening as of the latest HLN news this evening. It was quick thinking on the part of the estate to conjure up a clever twist on the truth to divert attention, in their favor, but I suppose that was to be expected.

1) When TJ asked my mother if he should ask for temporary guardianship, my Mother told TJ NO – twice.
2) The Estate denied Rebbie, Janet and Jermaine access to the house when they returned to home to Calabasas with a letter written by Howard Weitzman, attorney for the Estate, who is not a resident of the home.
3) The Estate is trying to isolate my Mother from her family JUST LIKE THEY DID TO MICHAEL, in order to propagate their lies, financial agendas and to protect a fraudulent will.
4) The same people that are trying to manipulate my mother are the same people that were involved with my brother when he died.
5) In order to obtain temporary guardianship, TJ lied to the court. Rebbie, Janet, Jermaine and I would never harm our mother and we are doing our best to protect her and the Estate knows that. I want to know why Perry Sanders would consider a negotiation based on lies.
6) It is clear that anyone who stands up against the Executors of the Estate - John Branca, John McClain and their attorney Howard Weitzman - is denied access to my mother.
7) It is my fear and belief, that they are trying to take my mother’s life.
Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff told a court investigator to interview the three children independently and provide a report for review only by the judge, not attorneys involved in the case.
Michael has been in my head all morning. He is trying to figure out how to put out a statement without causing harm. Needless to say he is very angry about the way his family is being treated and wants the attacks to STOP!
Randy's statements above are consistent with Michael's concerns shared with me over the past 3 years.

I could not help but think today that people in Entertainment BETTER START coming out in SUPPORT of this family. It is unbearable what is happening here and how could they just be standing by and watching this from the sidelines. Michael told others beside his family that he is a target. I agree with what Randy said and want to support his statements as well as Michael´s concerns about what is gong on here. The public should finally learn what this is really about before it´s too late. "They" use the same pattern as with Michael....and we all learned how this turned out. He will tell you in his own words how he felt about his family and the never-ending attacks of the press.
Note from Bonnie Vent: Michael was very strong at the time this interview was recorded. He fought for the truth and was vindicated. Sadly the press cared more about ratings than facts. They ruined his good name, his home, and for many years the ability to do what he loved the most in the United States.
Michael left the United States even after being found not guilty on all charges. The press continued to proclaim him guilty with no regard to the facts, which are still on record with the court. Some people to this day feel that he was guilty. Even with the deck stacked against him, he prevailed in court but he did not prevail over the negative media. He knows all too the well the hatred that is stirred up in people who read and see reports designed with a negative agenda.
Michael respectfully requests that all attacks on his family stop. You do not know the truth. You only know what the press tells you to think. You are being manipulated. Stop and think. Would Michael want his Mother and other family members removed from the family home,or would he expect things to continue on the way it had when he was alive. Michael was not about money, he was about his art, spreading love and kindness, and helping others. He gave millions to strangers around the world.
There is no family battle for money. The estate attorneys control all the assets. Katherine and Michael's children live in a mansion where the staff and security are controlled by the estate attorneys. They do care about money and nothing else. Katherine and Joe Jackson are not even allowed at the family home where they have lived since 1969. TMZ referred to Joe Jackson as a squatter. If that were your parents how would you feel? Do you really think that this reflects Michael's wishes?
Today the family is together and supporting concert performances by the remaining Jackson 5 brothers. That is what families do. They have been in the entertainment industry their entire lives. Not newsworthy other than to inject snarky comments to make it appear differently than the very positive family support that it is.
Michael does not care whether you buy a soda can with his picture, but the estate attorneys and the corporations they partner with do care about separating you from your money.
Michael cares that you carry his message of love and that his music and artistry stays pure. This wish too has been violated.
Please just give the family a chance to work through their legal matters without judgments from outsiders who do not know the truth.

Katherine Jackson, as well as Paris, Prince and Blanket Jackson, are being used as "pawns" to cover up the fact that Michael Jackson's will is fraudulent, according to a Jackson family source. Contrary to various online reports, Katherine's children stress they are not after the money in Michael's estate. Our source adds: "Everyone knows that even if Michael didn't have a will written up, his children would be given the money from the estate by default. His siblings obviously aren't after his fortune because they were never set to earn it in the first place. It's about revealing the truth and who's behind the fake document." Family members believe the temporary guardianship situation was created by the estate executors as a diversion from the investigation into the validity of the will. This morning, Katherine was reinstated as guardian of Michael's three children with her grandson TJ serving as co-guardian until the next court hearing on August 22. The source goes on to say: "Interesting how only those children who are removing their name from the letter, like Jermaine recently did, are being allowed to see their mother. The rest have been banned from seeing her or even speaking to her on the phone." The letter that's being referred to is the one sent from Michael's siblings to John Branca and John McClain ... asking them to resign as co-executors of the King of Pop's estate because they've "failed to perform" their duties. We've reached out to both Branca and McClain for comment, but have yet to hear back.

I am in full agreement with you on this, Irina, even though I had to leave rather suddenly this a.m., with no time to finish what I intended to write. Jermaine is obviously backing down out of fear of the consequences. On one hand I can understand his position, but wish he would have stood strong. I wonder if the other siblings will follow his lead. It's so disturbing to think the powers that be will continue having their way, at least for now.

Note from Bonnie Vent: The media spin has been quite overwhelming and devastating to all us who are advocates for Michael. I must state again that the thoughts and concerns expressed by the Jackson family are consistent with the communications that I have received from Michael. You do not have to believe me or in my work; do your own research.
THERE IS NO JACKSON FAMILY FEUD. If you do your research or even go to the beginning of this thread you will see plenty of evidence of the estate attorneys going against Michael's wishes and the best interest of his family. To be crystal clear: THE WILL IS FAKE and the estate attorneys are CONTROLLING Katherine and her family. Estates are always run to the best interest of the family left behind and in honor of the person's legacy. You do not have to be a famous person for this to be true. It is generally understood that this is the nature of the relationship between the benefactors and the attorneys.
Katherine and Joe however, are not even allowed into the family home where they have lived since 1969. The estate attorneys have HUGE FINANCIAL INTEREST in the estate and they claim ownership of all assets including the family home. They decided the family can no longer live there. This action also took away Katherine's ability to see these family members on a daily basis as they were not allowed to move to the Calabasas rental property when Katherine and the children were moved there. Many people have commented about assorted family members living at the Encino home. However, they lived there with Michael's blessing while he was alive. Why would his death change this? The estate attorneys chose to only financially support Katherine and Michael's children.
This was not Michael's intent while alive, why it would be his intent after his death. Yes, the estate attorneys are very good at making money. Their fees and commissions have them financially set for life but they still want more. There is no need to be so cruel to Michael's family.
Go back and read the leaked letter asking the estate attorneys to resign. No one doubts they have the ability to make money. It is the way they choose to make it, and with whom, that is of issue to Michael's family. Michael's family is in 100% agreement with the designated beneficiaries. It is the administrators who are working under a false will that is of issue. The Jackson family has no financial motive. They cannot gain control of Michael's money, and they have no desire to do so.
It is clear in the "letter" their desire is to have Katherine and Michael's children live free and happy lives. Free to come and go, free to have family members, friends, and business associates visit them. By barring family members the estate attorneys made it very clear that Katherine and Michael's children live in a prison. Think about this in ordinary terms: Does your landlord have the ability to tell you that you cannot have your family visit you? I don't think so. Yet the estate attorneys choose to punish Michael's family and force them to rescind their involvement with the "letter" in order to be able to see their own Mother. Not to mention the damage of the media storm, demonizing Michael's family, and the temporary loss of guardianship. Incredible cruelty by an estate that is supposed to uphold Michael's wishes.
FOR THOSE THAT SAY THE JACKSON'S HAVE NOT EXPLAINED WHAT THIS 'FEUD' IS ALL ABOUT LET ME MAKE IT CLEAR TO YOU. IT IS ABOUT FREEDOM AND SAFETY FOR THEIR MOTHER AND MICHAEL'S CHILDREN. Go back and read their letter before you believe what you hear. Listen to what family members have said in their own words.

Thank you so much, Bonnie, for your clear words. You said it all and to the point! If the pro estate people or those still bashing and blaming Michael´s family do not wake up NOW after what has been happening here - they are more blinded and manipulated than ever imaginable this could be.
Thanks to all for these most recent posts, including your statement, Bonnie. Very interesting developments. Does anyone know if there actually is an investigation going on re the Will, and actions of the Estate? I haven't heard anything recently.
Thank you Bonnie. While this is encouraging news, I must keep reminding myself that this process could be 'one step forward and two steps back' for awhile. I'd love to be proven wrong here. As we know, the estate is a group of very clever lawyers who are exceedingly skilled at covering every angle of everything surrounding all of this. Knowing that, I still like to imagine the possibility that 'Grace' could step in & allow the wheels of justice to begin to flow.
I think it will be a hard battle for them but they have endurance, another of lifes tests..and also remember all this stuff is karma to be sorted out. with the coming age all dark has to be rooted out brought into the light where it is seen - and there it will not flourish. the estate are clever & have influence for sure but they are will fall...eventually.....

Someone secretly filed legal documents aimed at takingMichael Jackson's Hayvenhurst family home away from his estate and deeding it to Katherine Jackson and MJ's kids.
TMZ obtained the deed which was filed with the L.A. County Recorder's Office. It claims to transfer the long-standing family home in Encino from Michael Jackson to Katherine, Blanket, Paris and Prince. According to the deed, each now has a 25% ownership interest in the home.
It's a weird, suspicious document, but we've verified with the notary public who was there when it was signed that Katherine herself put pen to paper at her home in Calabasas.
As for why it's weird ... it's handwritten, and the deed is not signed although an attachment bears her signature. What's even more hinky ... the person granting the deed is Michael J. Jackson, which is impossible because he's long dead. The estate of Michael Jackson owns the property. The document was signed April 21st and recorded 5 days later.
What we don't know ... is Katherine the mastermind of the ploy or did someone just get her to sign the attachment without telling her it would be filed with a quitclaim deed?
We've learned the estate reps had no idea this document had been filed. As we've been reporting for years, Katherine has been bent out of shape for years, claiming the estate has been stingy with her family.
For all sorts of reasons the attempt to transfer the property won't work, but it's evidence of a continuing conflict between the estate and Katherine.
