The Talk - Sharon Osbourne Would Testify against AEG at the Michael Jackson Wrongful Death Trial
Jury selection for the Jackson family's trial against concert promoter AEG starts today. Sharon Osbourne reveals "AEG knew he was not well. I've had conversations with them. If they want me to go to court, I will tell you who said that to me."
GREAT..at last...things are moving and the `ugly` truth begins to reveal itself. Havent been here for a while as my life is also moving forwar. it looks like its going to be both painful but revealing. i just re watched BAD spike Lees film-there are ones who worked with Mj who loved him so much who are visibly distraught when Branca unconvincingly pretends to shed a tear...Karma comes around very quickly in these times, everything accelerated.....
INcidently. I believe michaels death also had a greater higher purpose to expose all the corruption that is in the music industry. My spiritual teacher I studied with said nothing is ever an accident.
I agree with you 100%, Sat. Michael is a very great soul, imo, and with that often comes some very difficult and and painful work of high importance, to do in this earthly life.
Hope you are well. I am sending this because unfortunately I can't post on site;must be blocked here.
I follow your site and so many times wanted to comment but I don't want to be bothering you.
But I see Katherine Jackson case is now finally underway and would like to say: At last,This is it...this is it,what we have been waiting for: Justice for Michael!!!
Thank you to everyone who stood shoulder to shoulder with Michael, and never gave up on him and his family, especially you Bonnie x. A frustrating 4yrs, but the love, and seeking the 'truth' has got us here.
I do think this is epic, let the truth unfold...
Love to all Irene

Hi Sat, FULLY agree with you. Michael's death has been a catalyst for many, myself included, in setting them on the path of seeking higher spiritual truths and of questioning their reality.
For those who have been drawn to Bonnie's work, the understanding of there being no accidents is certainly key.
It does seem that Michael's death has a higher purpose in the grand scheme of things, which is to blow the top off of the music industry and shed light on the darkness beneath. I do so very much hope that this will become true. And that this goes beyond the music industry as this is so much bigger than the music industry. And certainly Michael's actions, while in the physical here, were with intent to shed light on ALL darkness.
I do hope that THIS upcoming trial IS IT. (The choice of the TII title was in itself, I feel, quite prophetic. So maybe a very telling clue on many levels of what it's intended purpose is, if we are to keep in mind that nothing is chance, but just coincidence.)

Thank you for sharing the message from Irene. I agree. It HAS been a VERY frustrating four years on so many levels. And with all the learning and truth seeking there was also required a great deal of personal sacrifice and resilience.
But we made promises to Michael and we are keeping them. And yes, the Love has gotten us to this point.
On that note, eternally grateful to you, Bonnie, for all that you have so SELFLESSLY done and continue to do for Michael, and for sharing with us and giving us this forum, where we can come and share with others of like mind.
With respect to your video post above containing the message from Murray, where he states that he knows something of SEISMIC proportions with regards to what happened to Michael. This would be a first clear indicator that Murray knows MUCH MORE than what was presented to the general public during, what one can only call, the FAKE trial of Conrad Murray, There was very little truth, if any, in that trial. Although the focus is narrow, it is my hope that MUCH MORE will COME TO LIGHT durimg this latest trial brought about by Michael's Mom and kids.
Hugs, Irina

I agree Irina. Murray said he was the "scapegoat". La Toya called him the "fall guy" and Michael called him "a puppet played oh so well." The meanings are all very similar.
Thank you so much Bonnie for posting the updates. Very informative...I remember a while back there was conversation on the Board about a Michael Jackson impersonator at This Is It tour announcement in London. Now the children and Kathrine believe this to be true.
Poor Michael. I remember hearing during his last visit to Dr. Klein's office he was upbeat and dancing for all of the other patients. Jason Pfeiffer tells quite another story.
We all know how ugly this will become and we need to come together and collectively be positive and pray that the truth surfaces and comes to the light. I pray for Michael, Katherine, and the children to have strength and have courage during the upcoming weeks.
Definatly the O2 announcement was strange....voice was different, behaviour questionable. Barry j shaw is the lookalike who its presumed was the body double. He had a myspace page thats been deleted apparently and theres very little on him. He lived atNeverland for quite a while and was THe body double...apparently at the WMA they are saying was him..the singing/perf was strange too....hes a little awkward.
To my understanding it would be very difficult to reproduce the skeletal structure of someone's face as each one of us has his unique skull shape and no two are the same.
It was publicly stated by Robin Gibb and Christian Audigier that Michael was extremely nervous and insecure about how the oublic would receive him if he were to try and make a comeback. It is possible that this some of what is behind Michael's apearance at the 02. He may very well have been freightened by having to face an audience. There may have been other reasons.
THERE IS DEFINETELY SOMETHING DEEPER AT PLAY HERE. The "IS IT HIM OR IS IT NOT" rumor seems to have been started almost immediately after the Press Confernce. It may be that this was intended to attract attention and peek the interest of the public. Or there was something deeper and perhaps sinister at play here already at that point. COLLUSION comes to mind.

Dr. Conrad Murray, the personal physician to Michael Jackson currently serving a four-year prison sentence for involuntary manslaughter, talks to TODAY’s Savannah Guthrie about his desire to clear his name.
quote from above article: AEG has said in court filings that Jackson's family is seeking $40 billion in damages, but Panish denies that's the figure he's seeking.
"We've never asked for $40 billion," he said. "The jury is going to decide what the loss is."
The high figure, Panish said, is the company's attempt to "prejudice everybody against the Jacksons." ____________________________________
Glad to have this cleared up

The newspapers here a while ago played on the fact that Jacksons were greedy asking for $$$$$$....They`ll use anything they can to try to discredit them and manipulate opinion. not much different from the disgusting trial reporting. I`m sure michael was really nervous at the O2, if it was him..to put a double in at something as important as that announcement of dates seems a bit risky but then again AEG as events have unfolded dont care so nothing surprises me now...
I had suspicious about this, as well. I could not imagine Katherine even uttering the words "40 billion dollars". It never made sense to me. I should have known there was an agenda behind it, like everything else surrounding Michael.
I agree about the riskiness of putting in a double. In researching Michael extensively since his passing, there were many statements I came across about how loyal Michael felt toward his fans. I feel sending up a stand in would have been going against that principle.
However looking at how conniving AEG has been, I would not put anything past them.
Also to my mind a stand-in would not give an angry speech. And Michael seemed angry to me. IMO this may be where the deeper voice came from. I believe it was Dick Gregory who said that Michael played with his voice. That this softer voice we are used to generally hearing is not his true speaking voice.
Note: Interesting that no one mentions that Frank DiLeo is dead and cannot testify at this trial nor did he live long enough to testify at the Conrad Murray trial. He was on the witness list.
Thank you for the latest updates,Bonnie. Yes interesting that DiLeo's death is not mentioned.
This message from DiLeo seems to tie in with the call which was purportedly received by Nurse Cherilyn Lee. She said Michael was looking for help because he was feeling hot on one and cold on the other side of his body. She said she received the call on Father's Day, the Sunday before he passed. This would have been on June 21st .

Frank dileo had a heart attack, wasn't that suspicious, probably not at the time. These things can be arranged... rememeber Michaels lawyer was disposed of... there was no way that guy wouldve taken his own life. Grace missing?? Wasnt she michaels `secret` partner.?? .i`m sure she know would know an awful lot. Its such a tangled web.....

Michael Jackson Attorney Tom Mesereau - AEG Might Be BehindNew Molestation Claims
Something stinks in Wade Robson's new molestation accusations against Michael Jackson -- so says MJ's famed trial attorney Tom Mesereau, who tells us the smell leads all the way back to AEG ... the company currently being sued by Katherine Jackson.
Tom called in to "TMZ Live" claiming the timing of Wade's accusations is extremely suspicious -- considering the legal battle currently raging between Katherine and AEG ... the concert promoters behind MJ's 2009 "This Is It Tour."
Katherine and Michael's children are suing AEG, claiming the company is responsible for MJ's death by negligently hiring Conrad Murray to care for the singer ... and potentially BILLIONS of dollars are at stake.
Mesereau insinuates Wade's accusations are motivated by money ... specifically a payoff from AEG, which is currently on a mission to trash Michael's reputation.
We reached out to AEG for comment -- so far no word back.
LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Michael Jackson's former makeup artist testified about Jackson's drug use at the singer's wrongful-death trial Friday.
In the courtroom Friday, dueling attorneys showed jurors two versions of a 1999 clip of Michael Jackson in concert.
Attorneys for Katherine Jackson, Michael's mother, assert that a mishap injured Michael's back and sent him into a cycle of dependency on painkillers. A longer view from the defense for AEG showed what happened later: Jackson never flinched while finishing the song.
Among the questions for the jury in the case brought against AEG by Katherine Jackson: How much did AEG managers know about Jackson's early abuse of medications? And were they negligent 10 years later for hiring a doctor who secretly administered to Jackson the surgical sedative propofol, which caused Jackson's death?
Karen Faye, Jackson's former makeup artist, testified Friday. Faye described how Jackson's health had changed over 27 years. She said that his legs, once muscular, were thin, and his face was skeletal. She said that Jackson was not strong enough for the rigorous concert schedule set by AEG.
She recounted an alarming moment with Jackson's costume designer, who was fitting him. She testified that he said to her, "Oh my God, I could see Michael's heart beating through his skin." The response, Faye says she overheard from Jackson's manager, Frank Dileo: "Get him a bucket of chicken." Faye wept.
"It was such a cold response. It broke my heart," Faye said.
Faye recounted multiple incidents that she says alarmed her about Jackson's use of painkillers from the time he was burned during the filming of a Pepsi commercial, to the stress of his criminal trial on molestation charges, to the day at rehearsal before he died.
Yet under cross-examination, Faye said she never had a single conversation with Jackson about his drug use, and that there was a period of time after Jackson went through rehab in 1993 that he seemed to be fine.
Faye said she had one discussion with Jackson family members who wanted to get him help, but that Michael would not cooperate.
Testimony resumes Monday with a staffer who worked on Jackson's final production, and the coroner who performed Jackson's autopsy.
that makes me so angry....poor Karen she loved Michael and was a true friend..must ve been so difficult for her to be in that court room.....Frank dileo s response..very cold hearted and i believe he died with heart complications...not surprising..how awful nobody could help Michael. makes me also very very sad........michael was just a `money making machine.....also in the film we introduced to Zandy?? the costume designer...Karen said on twitter the costumes were nt suitable for dancing and in fact Michael was not using this guy for clothing foer the shows and yet they persist with this lie.....
This is the worst messages and soooo unutterly heartbreaking! I am so sorry for what she, her siblings and her entire family have to go through! I wish we could truly help somehow!
And how disrespectful to say, that it was because of a denied concert! That is surely the least of her problems! :-(
BIG HUG TO PARIS AND ALL MY LOVE - SINCERLY!!!

Thank you Bonnie! Somehow I am feeling very concerned for the boy's very life and safety. Poor boy has to go through so much and yet try to remain tough! But he is human after all.
So the tabloids reported that Randy Phillips mentioned about Lionel Ritchie's ex wife, saying Michael told her that his death was an accident.
Tactics to purposely derail this whole trial. What popped up in my head when I read it, is remembering what Michael mentioned in Bonnie's video...being in touch with other mediums.
This is Bonnie Vent. Today’s date is 6/17/2013 We are very close to the 4th anniversary of Michael Jackson’s death.
It has come to my attention that on 06/11/13 the CEO of AEG Live Randy Phillips claimed under oath in Los Angeles Superior court that he was made aware of a session via mediumship that exonerated Dr. Conrad Murray and that Michael had inadvertently killed himself. My understanding is the judge let these comments stay in court record. In defense of Michael I feel that I must step forward at this time and reveal information I received via mediumship recorded at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel on August 25, 2009. This is a clip of what Michael had to say about Conrad Murray and what lay ahead. Keep in mind the date and that the public did not know there would be many high dollars deals made in Michael’s name. Michael’s comments are truer today than they were at the time with a recent project that includes a hologram instead of Michael himself. The entire session is about 11 minutes long. This is just his comments on Dr. Murray.
Michael Jackson wrongful death trial: Hostilities between attorneys erupt
Monday, June 17, 2013
LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- The Michael Jackson wrongful death trial is in its eighth week, and it appears the attorneys are having a tough time controlling their tempers. Hostilities between the battling attorneys erupted during a sidebar conference with the judge in her chambers Monday.
The attorney representing AEG, Marvin Putnam, said that he was repeatedly flipped off by the attorney for the Jacksons, Brian Panish. Panish denied making any gestures.
According to court records, Panish says, "I don't think I've even gestured anything to Mr. Putnam today."
"You've given me the finger twice," Putnam said.
"Judge, if I want to give him the finger, I know how to give him the finger," Panish responded.
"And you did it quite well twice," Putnam fired back.
The judge said simply that if the gestures were going on, they need to stop.
In the courtroom, a music industry expert paid to testify for Katherine Jackson took the witness stand. The testimony centered on AEG creating an alleged conflict of interest in the hiring of Michael Jackson's physician, Conrad Murray.
According to testimony, the entertainment company AEG promoted thousands of concerts annually, but rarely did it produce the shows staged in its many arenas.
Former record executive David Berman testified that in his opinion, AEG's lack of production experience paved the way for a series of negligent decisions. Murray's fee, he testified, was out of whack and should have been a red flag. He said the doctor first asked for $5 million, finally agreeing to $150,000 a month.
Berman says such a deal was also inappropriate, highly unusual and set up an inherent conflict of interest. He stated the physician had an obligation to both the person he's treating and to the entity who would be paying him.
The lawsuit pits Katherine Jackson against AEG, claiming that it hired Murray and should have conducted background checks on the doctor and supervised Jackson's care.
Jurors reviewed emails of AEG attorneys discussing a contract with Murray, but not with Michael Jackson's managers or attorneys. Berman says the emails show that AEG wanted to control the services of Murray.
Murray was convicted of involuntary manslaughter after Jackson died in June 2009 from an overdose of the surgical sedative propofol.
The defense questioned Berman's qualifications to assess this case. Under cross-examination, Berman told jurors he had never produced a concert tour, never managed a concert tour and never hired a concert tour staff.
Paris Jackson Deposition clip - Creepy story about former nanny Grace Rwaramba
Paris Jackson's Court Deposition (March 21 2013) Paris tells a creepy story about Nanny Grace Rwaramba and an obsession with Michael Jackson. Video made available by Brian Panish.
I am glad you posted this. It might be important. Michael remains very concerned about the welfare of his children. Recent events confirm his concerns.
Michael Jackson's chef talks confrontation at singer's home
LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Powerful testimony continued Wednesday in the Michael Jackson wrongful death trial as a member of the pop star's staff talked about an angry confrontation in the Jackson home. The testimony came after jurors saw part of a taped deposition from one of Jackson's children.
The singer was pressured to perform, according to the claim filed by his mother, Katherine Jackson. The suit blames his tour producer, AEG Live, for making excessive demands on the singer and his doctor, Conrad Murray.
For the first time, the jury heard about a confrontation at the Jackson home between AEG executives, Jackson and the doctor.
Jackson's personal chef, Kai Chase, testified she served snacks at the meeting, did not hear the discussion, but did witness the fallout. She said Murray cursed as he stormed out and said he didn't have to take it.
A vase was broken, Chase said, though she couldn't say how. She testified that Jackson was wrapped in layers of clothes and, in her opinion, there was fear in his eyes.
Chase testified that Jackson once told her that he was tired and that he said, "They are killing me. They are working me too hard."
AEG's lawyer asked Chase if she took it literally and pointed out that Jackson didn't die of exhaustion, but from an overdose of the anesthetic propofol.
Chase replied, "I just took it for what he said."
Chase testified that despite Jackson's complaint about laboring to prepare for the tour, she said she never got the impression he was trying to avoid it.
Chase's credibility was raised Tuesday after she told the jury about former Jackson nanny Grace Rwamba, who she said was beloved by the family. The defense played part of a video deposition from Jackson's daughter, Paris, in which she said her dad didn't like Rwamba and that the nanny once snuck into his hotel room.
"She would call the hotel and say she was his wife. She was obsessed with him," Paris Jackson said. "She'd call and say she was his wife. And they'd let her in, and he'd wake up and she'd be like in his bed... kind of creepy."
The 15-year-old was answering questions from AEG attorneys on March 21, two months before her apparent suicide attempt.
The loss of her father is a component of the lawsuit filed against the entertainment company. According to court documents, general damages sought are in excess of $50 million for each of Jackson's three children and their grandmother.
There's no word on when the jury will hear more from Paris.
