Please explain your experience: I was showing a vacant rundown house to a few investor clients of mine. I left the front door open because it had a bad smell inside. While my clients were touring the house, they were making many disparaging remarks about the condition of it. After one of the comments, we heard one of the kitchen cupboards open and slam. As I was turning off all the lights and locking up the house, I had this feeling I was being chased. As I stepped outside the door, it started to shut on its own. I pushed the door back open to turn off the last lights, and I felt pressure coming from the other side of the door. He obviously wanted me out!
