Entire household affected, a continuing issue since first move-in July 2006
With whom did you come in contact?: A friend recently passed away. Prior I had visited him in hospital where he was comatose and supposedly 'unresponsive'. When I held his hand and spoke to him he clutched at my hand. This was 2 days prior to his death. It was also the 5 yr anniversary of my beloved grandmother's passing recently.
In what area did this occur?: Everywhere
Mostly seems to affect all my electronic equipment, even if brand new purchases: TV’s, cell phones, landlines, computers, printers, stereo, video game consoles, cameras etc.
Do you have paranormal pictures or voice recordings?: no
Did you experience cold spots?: yes
Moving furniture or lights?: yes
Knocking or other sounds?: yes
 
Please explain your experience: We live in a newly built condo and are its first tenants. We moved here in July 2006 and have been experiencing strange occurrences, especially during the months of October - December 2006. Mostly, all of our electronic devices seem to be affected. Though I have smelled and felt the presence of unexplainable things. Recently small household items seem to be disappearing and reappearing though neither my daughter nor I have touched them.  These experiences have not been frightening in nature but rather feel mischievous or like someone trying to catch our attention.
