Please explain your experience: I have a large hole in my upstairs bedroom that comes and goes. I inherited a large farm house in excellent condition but upon inspection I found a large hole about 6x8 inches large in the upstairs bedroom wall. I hired a handy man to fix it but when I went to show him the wall it was fine. That evening the hole was back. Ive been stuck here now for over a year due to probate and in that time the hole has appeared and disappeared over and over again. Frustrated I tried to rip the hole open with my hands but the hole wouldn't budge and I cut my hand pretty bad. I hired a dry wall man and we both looked at the hole and when he came back upstairs to repair it, the hole was gone again. He knocked on the wall, scratched his head and was as confused as I am. I looked in the hole with my flashlight and saw nothing unusual. So a friend stayed at my house and we nailed a bent coat hanger above the hole with a pencil wired half in the hole, half out and the next morning it was sealed sticking out of the wall. We both tried to pull it out but it only snapped off. I nailed a board over the hole but it fell off so I screwed it to the wall but it still fell to the floor. Also the lights sometimes work, sometimes don't in only that room and you guess it, the electrician had no idea why. The rest of the house is just fine. No moans, groans or ghosts just that weird hole.
