Please explain your experience: We are a family of five, it was our second and last night at the Marriott Hotel. Sometime between 2AM & 3AM I awoke to see a figure which I thought was my six year old son. He was standing by a wall, over by my teenagers bed. I closed my eyes and then opened them again and he was still there. I thought to myself why is my son just staring back at me, when he usually hugs me when scared at night. The figure looked horribly sad, and I asked tenderly what was wrong. It then faded away. My son was sleeping down on the floor between our two beds and when I reached down to touch him - he was on the ground. Therefore, what I saw was not my son. The next day, at breakfast, as I told my story - my husband said he also experienced something....He told us that he got up to use bathroom and as he went back to our bed, an image approached him. My husband went to turn the light on and it also faded. I was really spooked because now I know I wasn't just imaging it, since my husband witnessed it too. I called the hotel this morning because I am really freaked out. Of course, they weren't ready to share too much information on past deaths there. But I found on line about a murder/suicide which occured last month at the hotel. Can you please help me? I want to learn more about this hotel's history. We were in the North Tower - 4th floor.
