Please explain your experience:

As my nieces and I were in the Whaley house, we had an older lady explaining to us the history of the house.  As she was talking, the light in the theatre would continue to turn on and off.  The tour guide then went downstairs and left us alone upstairs.  As we were up there we noticed a clear scent of cigar smoke. I described to the tour guide that there was someone up there smoking.  She said that there was no one else in the house.  On the top bedroom to the right of the stairs there is a curtain in that bedroom that would continue to fling itself back and forth.  When we told the tour guide she said it was because the window was open.  When she took us back up there the window was shut.
