Please explain your experience (600 maximum characters): My husband and I went to the Whaley House and decided to simply walk the outside perimeter. Just next to the garden and the outside brick building where Violet shot herself, there was yellow "caution" tape coordoning off an area taht was under construction of some sort. The tape was along two sides of the area, but my husband noticed that ONE of the tapes (side nearest the garden) was vibrating oddly. We watched it move slowly, and when we asked "are you here?" the tape would wildly vibrate and then abruptly stop. The other tape (on the south side) did not move at all and it was a completely still night. None of the plants or leaves on the trees were moving at this time, the evening was completely devoid of wind. We watched the tape do this for about 45 minutes and took video. When you grabbed the tape, it would generally stop vibrating. And, once you let go would remain still until you spoke to it again. My husband was a skeptic until he saw this. No we are regulars to the Whaley House!

My husband and I also saw the upstairs curtain moving oddly back and forth. As it was inconsistent, it couldn't have been from a fan. The curtan moved stiffly and slowly, so as to defy gravity.
