The Villa Montezuma is currently closed for repairs. These repairs are estimated at 1.8 million. The biggest concern is the foundation of the house. The house is owned by the City. We are looking for creative ways to raise funds to fix this beautiful Victorian that was created for Jesse Shepard who was a celebrate author under the name of Francis Grierson.
