Fans of The Walking Dead could make a killing in property by bidding for a chunk of a town where part of the AMC television series was filmed.
Jim Sells, the former mayor of Grantville, Georgia, told WXIA-TV that he is offering almost 25,000 sq ft of space for $680,000 (£443,000) on eBay.
The auction website's listing describes the sale as a "unique opportunity".

Mr Sells said he bought the nine buildings in downtown Grantville after they became the real-estate equivalent of zombies - they were foreclosed during the recession.
He said he is now ready to hand the investment over to someone who has more experience with commercial property.
The space has since been renovated
"Our main industry right now is Walking Dead tourists," he told WXIA-TV.
"We have people coming from all over the world because of The Walking Dead.
"That's paying the bills downtown."
A season three episode of the zombie drama, Clear, was filmed in the former textiles town.
Renovations have since brought the space itself back from the dead to include retail, apartments and restaurants.
