Connie Britton claims she rented a haunted house.
The Nashville star was staying in New Orleans earlier this summer while on location for a movie project.
While she loved staying there, she says there were some freaky goings on at the house she was living in.
"It's freaking haunted," Connie told the US edition of Esquire about the deep south.
"We rented a beautiful house while we were there. Beautiful! In a great, really cool neighbourhood. It was definitely haunted.
"I just kept thinking, 'Oh, that's the wind. Oh, that's the house settling.' But one night, my son woke up screaming in the middle of the night and then jumped out of his crib, which he never does. And when I walked him back to put him back to bed, he was like, 'Get those little boys out of here.' I did not sleep for the rest of the night."
As well as starring in many iconic TV roles, Connie is no stranger to the big screen.
Her latest movie This is Where I Leave You has an A-list cast that boasts the likes of Jason Bateman, Tina Fey and Jane Fonda.
But it was Girls star Adam Driver that left a lasting impression.
"He's gonna be a monster actor," she smiled.
The 47-year-old star also loved working with director Shawn Levy on the feature.
"He was so proud to be doing the movie because he's done much more sort of big-budget comedies in the past, and this was a real labour of love for him," she explained.
