Is The Hartford Police Lot Haunted?

A report of a mysterious fog that apparently ripped the mirror off a Hartford police officer’s private car parked in a city lot is making international news.

The Daily Mail, in the United Kingdom, published a story last week on its website — http://www.dailymail.co.uk/ — about the incident after it was covered by NBC Connecticut.

Lt. Brian Foley told NBC Connecticut and the Daily Mail that there was talk in the department of a ghost haunting the parking lot.

Meteorologist believe the fog that is seen damaging the car is more likely a mini-tornado that can form over flat asphalt areas.
