CORDELIA - Do you believe in ghosts, spirits trapped for in a place that they can't seem to leave?
Well, if you're not a believer, you may change your mind after a visit to a Cordelia saloon, built in 1902, that many say is haunted. At one time, Thompson's Corner Saloon was even a *brothel.
You'll always find someone there, and some will tell you that includes ghosts.
"There's just still a presence here for the hundred and some odd years that this place has been here," bartender Tiffany Capdeville said.
Paranormal investigators Shannon Mccabe and Paul Dale Roberts have 15 years experience tracking ghosts and checked out Thompson's for themselves.
During their investigation, Mccabe asked if anyone was present. She immediately got an electronic voice phenomena, commonly known as EVP.
"It's pretty hard to debunk when you tell it to do something, and it does," Mccabe said.
And if you happen to notice bras hanging from the ceiling, the story goes that first-timers are asked to leave an item before they go.
