According to McCormick, numerous psychics as well as paranormal experts have toured the house and have all come out with either overlapping conclusions or interesting evidence of the ghosts' existence. Multiple psychics have told McCormick about a man who tends to inhabit the library.
"[The psychics] all say he's a numbers man and he's looking for a leather book," McCormick said.
Interestingly enough, when McCormick and his wife Jill originally bought the farmhouse, built in the 1880s, it was completely empty - except for a leather book. McCormick recalled that the book contained numbers such as yields per acre.
