Of course Sony didn't dare plotting anything UNTIL the ambitions of AEG & Colony Capital (who not only owns the Neverland but also INVESTED IN O2 concerts) coincided.
They are cashing in 10-FOLDS already without the concert, not paying the rent of 2 Houses, O2 concert expenses, etc. Insurance came in handy as well.

10 SHOWS OR 50? Randy Phillips said on March 13: "He calls me all the time, we spoke Wed afternoon (MARCH 11) and he said (mocking MJ's voice) "RANDY RANDY NO MORE SHOWS, NO MORE SHOWS". AEG added 20 more shows after that!!!!
Randy said when Michael heard he had to do 50 shows, he was crying. Randy implies its because MJ was touched due to the overwhelming response from fans but I wonder what was the REAL REASON Michael was crying!!!!!!!
WAS/IS DILEO & THOME WORKING TOGETHER? Dileo disassociates himself from Thome in public eye but its a ruse. He and Thome were very much in Michaels circle SIMULTANEOUSLY, signing MJ signatures, stealing security tapes, making decisions etc.
THINK, Thome was terminated on May 20 and Delio is the "current manager", yet Thome was allowed into come to the house on June 25 to fire bodyguards? If Thome had been out of the picture for 3 months, what would be his gain firing bodyguards? And with what authority? HAVE YOU HEARD DILEO QUESTION THIS PUBLICLY?
DID MICHAEL HIRE DILEO AS HIS MNGR? Michael hired Leonard Rowe as his manager on March 25. Obviously he was content with his decision that he proceeded with a press release on March 27, announcing Rowe as his manager..
Dileo said Michael allegedly asked him to meet with Leonard and straighten it out. Why wouldnt Michael sign a termination letter and send it to Rowe via Dileo? In the Raffles interview, Dileo referred to terminating Rowe as ELIMINATING.
Dileo claims he sent a termination letter to Rowe, dated May 20. Rowe says he didn't receive such letter. Why did it take 2 months to "eliminate" Rowe? Why didn't MJ do another press release to announce Dileo's hire?
If Dileo was Michaels manager in March, then what did AEG sent a letter to AllGood Entertainment, stating "Dileo doesnt involve AEG live in any manner whatsoever" (April 11)? *IF he was hired in March, Dileo would have had everything to do with AEG as Michael's current manager.
DID AEG HIRE MURRAY? Randy Phillips said MJ insisted on Murray and that having Murray was a contractual condition. Delio said his contract required AEG TO HIRE a doctor and he insisted on Murray.
MJ asked Murray to be his doctor in APRIL. MJ signed his AEG contract right before he made the O2 announcement on MARCH 5 (according to Dileo) so hiring Murray as a contractual condition is a BULLSHIT.
AEG has 3 pages in the contract regarding advances against Artiscos future entitlement. These advances are Michaels money to spend as he deems it best. If Michael decided to hire Murray, MICHAEL was going to be responsible for paying Murray and AEG is not affiliated with this hire, the contract would have been between Michael & Murray only.
THESE PEOPLE ARE PLAYING THE LAW LIKE A FIDDLE. NOONE SHOULD BE ABOVE THE LAW!
